CLASS B - 躍然而出的身體韻律
學會聆聽，音樂就會告訴我們有關舞碼的一切
當力恰到好處，放鬆與敏銳都恰如其分，
心靈就處於活生生的飽滿狀態

When you dance, your dance is complete.
Your body, emotions, mind, left brain and right brain, all of them are harmoniously involved. Your presence, your emptiness would let much bigger things flow through.
Comuna de Pedra is bringing in Miss Priya,
a practitioner and instructor of sacred dance in Taiwan,
to hold an inspirational body and soul workshop,
leading us towards the first movement that starts from zero.
CLASS A --- Scope starting from zero
The posture of zero is the beginning of all movements and dance positions. When one’s energy of vision is not only outwards, but also inwards, and the consciousness is scattered around in 360 degrees, which attains the scope starting from zero.

Class B --- The vivid body rhythm
By learning how to listen, one is told by the music everything about dance movements and positions. When energy, release and sensitivity is just at their right places, the soul is then fulfilled and the rhythm of the body dance out naturally.
Date: 5th Nov 2008 to 9th Nov 2008
Time: 5th -7th Nov (Wed to Fri) 19:30-22:30
8th, 9th Nov (Sat, Sun) 10:00-13:00, 14:30-17:30, 7 sessions in total
Venue: Macau Inter-Institute University
(Rua de Londres, No.16, Van Yu Villa, 3rd Floor, Nape, Macau)
Outdoor classes during Saturdays and Sundays, venue will be announced in class
